We apply the following rules so that all our guests can enjoy a peaceful and safe stay.

• Staying with Children: Children up to the age of 7 stay free of charge. Accommodation is charged for children aged 7 and over.
• Child Safety: Our rooms are fitted with socket covers for child safety. Baby food is not provided at the hotel.
• Visitors: Outside visitors may meet our guests in the lobby and the restaurant. There is no time restriction for visits.
• Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the hotel's public areas. Smoking rooms are available and can be requested when booking.
• Quiet Hours: Noise is not permitted after midnight.
• Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel.
• Pets: Pets are not accepted at our hotel.

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 1 day before your check-in date. For cancellations made less than 1 day before check-in and for no-shows, the price of the first night is charged. Reservations made with a non-refundable rate cannot be cancelled or changed, and payment is not refunded.
